In 2018, Silverman co-founded CommerceNext, a community, event series and conference for marketers at retail and direct-to-consumer brands.
Greg Giletto, Sr. Manager of Digital Experience Consulting at Bloomreach
Greg is an e-commerce expert with over ten years of experience. His passion for optimizing and personalizing digital experiences stems from both his education (a bachelor's degree in Digital Media, a master's degree in Marketing, and a certification in User Experience & Digital Thinking) and his experience providing omnichannel customer journey strategies for countless e-commerce companies in multiple industries.
