Roxy is a seasoned e-commerce strategist with over a decade of experience in defining digital merchandising tactics and strategies, as well as driving growth for organizations. She has led e-commerce merchandising for in-house digital teams such as Whirlpool, Frontgate, Avery Dennison, and Dillards Inc., and holds an advanced degree in User Experience Design.
She has a wealth of experience in this discipline, and is very passionate about all things e-commerce and site merchandising. She is also the host of Bloomreach’s Digital Merchandising Community Meetups
Elena Kacan
Community Marketing Manager, Bloomreach
Elena is an award-winning marketing strategist with nine years of experience growing brands and building communities.
She works as the Community Marketing Manager at Bloomreach and takes pride in creating engaging content and memorable experiences to build the Bloomreach customer community in-person at events and online. She is also the creator of the Bloomreach Ambassador Program that highlights Bloomreach's power users and is heavily involved in the MACH Alliance and Women in MACH mentorship program. She contributes to the Commerce Experience Podcast and supports community engagement at events and on our social media channels.

Drew is an energetic and fun midwestern guy who originally hails from St. Louis. You will be in incredible hands with Drew as he's been shaking up the bar industry in NYC for the past decade at award-winning spots and esteemed New York craft cocktail bars and venues such as Dear Irving and Sleep No More. He was most recently the Bar Manager and Head Bartender of The Musket Room, the James Beard-nominated restaurant in SoHo, which has been awarded a Michelin Star for the last 8 years in a row.
